HEALTH & SAFETY – Recently the CSST modified their form “Workers claim” in order to include the following point:

“9. Authorization to collect information related to my state of health”

The CSST thereby demands the worker to sign this point in order to allow them access to your medical files.

The SEU 800 recommends that you do not sign this authorization until further notice because the statement is too vague. The QFL is presently working on this dossier and will provide us with further information in the fall.
